My name is Angus Buckle, and I’ve been passionate about coaching and helping people for over 18 years — ever since I started personal training and boxing coaching part-time on weekends.

But seven years ago, I found myself burned out and stuck in a negative cycle of alcohol, gambling, and drugs and at a rock bottom.

On the outside I was successful, in good physical shape, one of the top performers in my job, and I had a top floor apartment in London, but inside I was deeply unhappy and lacking any purpose in life.

Sitting on the floor of my apartment, broke, depressed and lost, I asked myself what truly made me happy, what did I want to do with my life?

The answer was simple: the happiness I got from helping people.

When I saw my clients lives transform through their weight loss, getting into their best physical shape and having confidence dating.

So in my "fuck this shit moment" against everyone's advice, I quit my high-paying sales job, took a huge pay cut, and went all-in on becoming the best coach I could be.
